Project 1 STEP ONE Step 1. Emailing an artwork over with the required size is the first stage of creating your logo into an embroidery file. This way we can give any advice on different stitch types, angles and effects. Email us! Project 2 STEP TWO Once we have received your artwork, we can give you a price. Your very first design is always £10 (Left chest).

We are not that much more expensive compared to overseas digitisers, but we are always at the end of a phone call when you need us! EMAIL US Project 3 STEP THREE We use genuine Wilcom Embroidery software at level 3 to do all our digitising. Once a design has been digitised, we will always test it on our Barudan embroidery machine with a matching material to what you will be embroidering in on to. EMAIL US Project 4 STEP FOUR Once the design has been sampled and it is all ok, we will email the data over. The most common format is a .dst or .emb file but we can supply most files for all embroidery machines such as Brother, Tajima, Barudan, SWF etc.

With the data you will also receive a PDF file to show all the information of the design. This will be the colour changes, amounts of threads used, start point etc. EMAIL US 01 02 03 04 PROCESS

Project 1 Starting off in the textile industry back in 2000 doing screen printing was always fun but designing on computers was always what I wanted to do. I applied for an 'Embroidery digitising' job at 'David Sharp Ltd' in 2001. 24 hours later I was recruited and trained up on Wilcom embroidery software.

With much competition from overseas David Sharp Ltd sadly closed its doors in Nottingham in 2007 and moved its name down south.

Project 2 Since being in the embroidery side of the textile industry, I have done many designs for big names such as Burberry, Christy Towels, Savile Row, Glancy Fawcett Limited, Aston Martin and more. EMAIL US Project 3 We use genuine Wilcom Embroidery software at level 3. This allows us to use all drawing tools that are built into the software to make sure designs are symmetrical if they are needed. With level 3 you also get more choices of effects to bring to a design if it is required.
